my initial situation has now changed slightly (I have not uploaded documents yet because I am still missing the land register excerpt...)
The situation is as follows:
We have found a potential buyer for our apartment, which we only purchased ourselves this year (our neighbor). She would like to have a notary appointment this year. However, the sale date should be (for example) 02/01/2022 because we will probably start building our house in the spring.
Here are my specific questions:
[*]Can the buyer still apply for the Baukindergeld for herself this year on this basis?
[*]If we receive a building permit this year and the purchase contract for the apartment has been signed at the notary by then, could we apply for Baukindergeld for the house in the future?
[*]If 1 and/or 2 are not possible, can I at least still apply for Baukindergeld myself for the years I live in the apartment?
