Yes, I have already read it. But we won’t manage it that quickly. It’s really crazy that the conditions for renovations get worse again. That’s actually exactly what people are supposed to do. No more words for it...

It would be great if the conditions of the KFW 261 also improve again at some point. So that a renovation is worthwhile!

Well, when I see that renovations at KfW are practically provided with a negative interest rate (through repayment subsidy), I don't understand your statements at all. From 1.64% nominal and then 35% repayment subsidy, if you make an old clunker fit again, I find that more than good.

Even better? Get a loan of €150k, pay no more than 2.4% interest, and gladly receive €50k as a repayment grant? How much more sugar frosting do you need?

For what we have planned, an Italian model (110% funding, but income tax spread over 5 years) would be appropriate. Yes, they are having problems now, but the issue was more with the implementation rather than the principle (this way, tax credits could be resold, invoices were forged, etc.).

I honestly think an interest rate of 2.41 is not bad. You cannot get that on the open market currently. We also receive a repayment subsidy of 37,500, which covers more than half of the interest payments we would have over the entire term.
