For such a small house, I would forgo a dressing room and plan more built-in wardrobes in the floor plan. Also in the children's rooms and the hallway. And I would move the staircase to the location of the study. This opens up the entrance area, you can build a closet under the stairs, and you won’t always be standing directly in front of the entrance door in the way when getting something from the closet. Especially if you plan to have two children, which often turns into three, such a narrow entrance situation is extremely impractical. Even more so with access to the toilet. This way you would also save the unnecessary L-shaped hallway. The bathroom also has unnecessarily many walls. I wouldn’t want to weave past a washbasin and bathtub or go around a wall to get to the toilet. Again: with two children planned, this is an extremely unfavorable layout. Instead of a storage room, I would rather try to plan more built-in wardrobes on this floor and provide a small second bathroom as a parents' or children's bathroom.

And I just read it again - how do you want to install a shower in the WC on the ground floor? I also wouldn't like to walk to the entrance of the house and through the cloakroom to shower and take my clothes with me - or then walk back across the house in a towel. A second shower only makes sense where the residents stay and have their wash items etc. and also get dressed.

It then makes sense if you turn the office into a guest room or into the bedroom because you can no longer manage the stairs. ;)

Makes sense too when you come in dirty from gardening and don't even want to walk through the house. Or if you have children playing in the mud. Or when the whole family comes home in the evening from skiing/hiking/whatever and wants to quickly shower. A second shower is a small luxury but quite sensible. Even if you don't have a bedroom/guest room downstairs

But not on the floor plan. That looks like a maximum of 4.5 sqm with a door and window.

To be honest, I don't see a problem with that. It's not supposed to be a wellness bathroom with a whirlpool, but just a second bathroom. Toilet and shower next to each other on the left wall, sink to the right next to the door. Everything should fit in.
