Apply for KfW funding 461 and 464?

No problem! You can still change whatever you want, maybe your energy consultant wants to charge a little more for it... What should rather worry you is that if you have already signed a construction contract instead of a planning contract - then the funding is off the table... GD

That is exactly my problem. I can no longer change the confirmation for the application (BZA) since the loan etc. has already been applied for and approved. I had also met all deadlines (first confirmation for the application (BZA), then loan application, only then construction contract). But if the house later does not look 100 percent like in the confirmation for the application (BZA), is the funding lost? What happens then to my KFW loan? Will it be cancelled and will I end up in personal bankruptcy?

As long as the efficiency house level does not change, there is no need for action. The confirmation after completion merely confirms the result. Changes made in the meantime do not matter. A revised confirmation of the application (BZA) is also not necessary because the approval is based on the original confirmation of the application (BZA).

We are really puzzled as to why there is no approval, by phone we were told a few weeks ago up to 45 banking days, but even these (after deducting about 3 weeks during which nothing was processed..) have now passed. KFW makes no statement regarding our grant reference number and asks for further patience. I would like to know your experiences: when did you submit the application for exactly this grant variant 461 and are there people who also still have this open/under review? Thanks again!
