You're welcome!

I hadn't thought of that. But there is still some room up and down. There is anyway too little space to put a cupboard next to it.

Also, regarding the room size, I would consider whether you really want floor-to-ceiling windows. You lose a lot of usable space with them.

And again: you're welcome

Both children's rooms at the bottom of the plan, however, do not solve the problem that the children's room on the right side of the plan is still oriented towards the north. The bathroom seems a bit cramped to me, and the passage from the sink/bathtub to the shower is somewhat narrow. Therefore, perhaps the children's room to the left of the plan, the bedroom at the bottom right of the plan, the guest room at the top right of the plan, and the bathroom expanded slightly in that direction.

With the structured rooms, you have a few more possibilities than are offered to you in the drawing. I add to my predecessors: juggle several possibilities! However, toilet stacks should be aligned vertically, so place the toilet as close as possible to the ground floor toilet. The corridor to the bedroom is awful – better leave it out and use the opportunity to change the bathroom door. Write down the measurements on graph paper, if necessary buy the paper -> mandatory for builders! Then place the furniture to scale as templates on your plan. It is already very clear here that cabinets will be placed in front of your windows. Convince yourselves that 65 cm deep cabinets do not have to be placed in front of the windows. Otherwise, the windows will have to be further apart – should not be a problem with the specified knee wall. Windows can be shifted or made 20 cm narrower – if an extra charge is applied for that, I would be surprised.

Super! Thank you very much for your feedback! Bieber0815: I will actually consider the moving of the windows! Because I unfortunately also believe that we lose so many placement options that way. The bathroom actually seems too cramped to me as well. Do you possibly have better ideas to fit everything in? I would be reluctant to swap rooms, as I prefer a small bathroom comparatively more than too small children's rooms. Thank you!

Bathroom: slide the door to the center, behind it e.g. the toilet, leave out the T and make only one wall where the shower and washbasin are located.

...I got creative and tried to "rebuild" it. Once with a T-solution, once without... On the one hand, I love the T-solution because you are undisturbed on the toilet... On the other hand, the other layout really doesn't feel as cramped in terms of space.
