You're right... a lot seems to come together here. I still have to think of something. Thanks! I'm considering possibly sealing off the door from the hallway to the kitchen and putting up a row of cabinets there. Thanks for the tip about the bedside bed. I've also thought about that, but for both of us it's unthinkable that the child sleeps in the bedroom with us. Instead, we would put a bed in the children's room and I would sleep in the children's room for a few months.

I still don't understand what you mean by the doors. They either open inward or outward, to the right or to the left. Is there really a right or wrong? Would you therefore recommend making all Pax cabinets as deep? Even for the folded clothes? How much space do you have to move around in your dressing room? Or does anyone else have experience with this?
All windows in the living and sleeping areas are planned to be about 1.08 x 2.21 (except for the emergency exit window in the children's room, which is 1.12 x 2.22.)
What would you think of such tall, long windows in the middle between the floor-to-ceiling ones? (attached) What are they called again?

: Those are 120 x 120. I'll also attach a picture here. I copied this and want to steal the idea. Basically nothing is supposed to be there except the Thermomix. So no chairs either. Just storage and work surface. So that two people can stand opposite each other and chop.

Yes, I know. Originally a bigger house was planned, but we had to downsize because of the floor space ratio. Now I'm trying to squeeze it in.
Yesterday I taped off the bathroom on the floor (with masking tape) and finally found the area between the washbasin and the partition wall too narrow. I have now reduced from two washbasins to one. This gives a bit more space again because the whole thing moves further to the left. I'll do the same today with the dressing room. Thanks for the tip about the guest WC. Do you think it’s better if I swap the washbasin and the urinal?
Light trenches/light shafts are partly planned. Trenches in the hobby room and office, and shafts for the rest.
In my last apartment, I had a niche with a door, and the door annoyed me so much that I forced it off. That's why I thought this time it might be better to just leave it off right away.

I think it is better to omit it completely.
Urinals belong in public restrooms, in my opinion.

HAHA, as you can imagine, I'm not particularly attached to this thing either. But my boyfriend desperately wants it. So, shall we swap?

I would plan the bedroom wider. Then you can still decide spontaneously whether baby is yes or no in the bedroom. 50 cm on the left and right of the bed, depending on the bed frame even less, have already been criticized by others, are tight. Leg in a cast and it becomes difficult. Before the second sink is removed in the bathroom, I would eliminate the urinal. One sink for 4 people who want to get ready at the same time is too little.

How often does it happen that all 4 would be standing at the sink at the same time? With 4 people the bathroom is crowded anyway and Dad voluntarily goes downstairs to brush his teeth.
