... how do you stand ironed T-shirts upright in the drawer or closet compartment?

Had already written after Kondo. There are tons of videos about it on YouTube. The woman's name is Marie Kondo and yes, I think her system is great. Everything is neat, more fits into the closet, and even [Kind] has tidy drawers.

I have now taken a look at Marie Kondo. Well ... if you have many T-shirts of different kinds but all in one color, that is not a great way to store them. And crease lines also form. And taking a T-shirt out of the row ... I don't know. I much prefer my hanging T-shirts sorted by color and rather winter, rather summer.

T-shirts are stacked folded together on a shelf here, and you always wear whatever is on top. Even wear and tear and all that.

I think I'll make a YouTube video about this later. For the girls.

I have also read Marie Kondo's books, but the spark never really caught. For example, I have black tops with lace, long ones, with wide straps, with short sleeves, etc. – I just can't get along with the KonMari method. I lack the overview. I also just crumple socks together and throw them in the sock drawer; nothing gets rolled.

But back to the OP: Have you ever even made a plan for how much wardrobe space or clothes rod, shelves, drawers you need? Should shoes be stored there? Hats? Jewelry? Sportswear? Suitcases, bags, etc.? In my opinion, that would be important to know first. It’s no use having 5 meters of clothes rod but preferring to fold most things. Or having tons of drawers but hanging the majority on the rod. Take a look at how much space you currently occupy and what all needs to be stored. And be honest with yourselves. In the end, I would plan for one third, but at least one quarter more space. Don’t end up having to use the stuffing method ^^
