Agreed is Q2. And the construction contractor says, bubble formation is normal there. The painter says no. The expert will decide.

Spoke with the expert. He also says that bubble formation is normal and that it is not the plasterer's task to sand the plaster again.

Q2 is a simple plaster quality and he has never experienced a plasterer not meeting these requirements anywhere. Based on my descriptions, he didn't even think it was necessary to look at it on site, and I don't mean that negatively. Ergo, the painter is trying to fool me. This is going to be funny. I thought I could be glad when the general contractor is done and "my" craftsman comes, but then the problems might really start. All rip-offs.

And then people wonder why customers compare everything, check everything, and negotiate until their last breath when it comes to craftsmen.

Look at it positively – you have the chance to question yourself and will probably come to better understand some past decisions of your general contractor.

Yes, I will do that. After all, you have no other choice.

When this Never-Ending-Story here is over, I would put the name of the GU in screen size under the thread.

I do hope it has an ending soon... it's no longer bearable to watch... poor builders, an expert for every step... terrible.... :-(
