Ahh, ok, I had actually assumed air-water heat pump. For air-air heat pump I can understand the decision, for air-water heat pump there are few that don’t look too bad (e.g. Alpha Innotec/Novelan or Ochsner), but it would still be a bulky thing in the front yard (for us). I’ll think about the gas idea, although the complete dependence on fossil fuels somehow doesn’t convince me yet... we’ll see, for now I’m just happy when the foundation slab and the basement come next week [emoji4]

Thank you .

Does the controlled residential ventilation really cover 50% of the heat demand? Otherwise, it won’t fit again.

You have signed a contract for the construction of a new building. Can your contractual partners (general contractor + external construction supervisor) not answer the above questions ... or do they not want to? Or have you not even asked them?

You need to discuss the details with the energy consultant. As far as I know, the measures can also be combined.

For those interested, attached are the preliminary drafts of the execution planning.

Due to the reduction in building height, one step less was planned.

In the basement, the Geo WP is still depicted. It will probably be a gas heating system then. The spot outlined in red shows the route for the exhaust gases of a gas heating system as well as the brine line of the solar system.

Ground floor doors changed to 2.26m height.

Lighting planning for ground floor and upper floor not yet entered.

I am supposed to take a look at it by the beginning of the week and report if there are any comments. I would prefer the Velux ceiling spots somewhat higher - above the upper floor hallway instead of above the stairs, but that probably isn’t possible due to the roof.

I would consider that quite possible by tilting the channel of the spots so that it connects at a right angle not at the outlet but at the inlet. So tilted according to the roof by 15°, see drawing: pink = plan, green = suggestion.
