I just flipped back again specially but can't quite follow you with the 213cm.

That from today's perspective the 213cm should have been planned and agreed upon is clear. But nothing more, right? Or did you see any point in your statement to take action against the current execution?

The thread is amazing. It reminds me of the saying: Everything went according to plan, but the plan was... We have been living in the new building for 2 years and not everything went smoothly either, some things are still not fixed today, as soon as the craftsmen get their money they disappear, warranty is useless if you don't want to invest a lot more time and money in lawyers, so in the end it’s best to withhold a reasonable amount until everything is corrected and accepted by the expert!!!

They must have come into my "memory" in the general confusion of the seventy-some course changes; the execution plan from January states 201.

On the topic of windows... I thought the plans always specify the rough opening size for the window cutout. Which window is then installed is decided during the selection process, whether fixed or tilt-turn and which threshold at the floor. The window areas will not change and neither will the passage. And, what does it look like "from the outside" if each window or cutout has a different size?!

So, as it currently looks, I think it already looks terrible. Doors of different widths, glass surfaces of different widths. The only thing that fits here is the bathroom and parents’ door - but even that only in terms of symmetry and not functionality. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this or it didn’t catch my eye, even though it’s visible on the plan.

Therefore, I understand your argument; however, the claim was not realized in the current planning either. At least the three balcony doors should have been planned and executed uniformly in the dimensions of the left door!

Regarding the raw construction dimensions. Yesterday, I measured several windows in the house. In height, they are identical to the raw dimension. But in height, the raw dimension is sometimes given as 4 cm higher than the window actually is. I don’t understand that either. Therefore, I have now requested the delivery notes so that the expert can check.

Selection process for windows? There wasn't any. We looked at the front door they showed us and that was it. Unfortunately, I also forgot to ask about it. Otherwise, I would have noticed.

How are they supposed to select countless doors and windows in their general contractor house? They have three or four front doors on display, a suitcase with window handles, but that was already all I got to see about the windows beforehand. It's a farce when I think back to how I stood there picking out the window handles, and it was already decided that such tiny things were going in here. How much I didn't care about that stupid handle, which we looked at for 15 minutes!
