Problems with installing the Ikea Inreda drawers from Besta

our combination was bought on 24.08.2010 - I also already tried to inquire by phone, but it is constantly busy there.
I have now unpacked and assembled 2 out of 3 drawers to check if maybe only one drawer is affected.
I will then uninstall the parts again and return them - I just hope a replacement will come soon, otherwise we will have 3 holes in the cabinet ))) Let's wait and see...

we also have the described problem with our drawers (full extensions). However, we have already disposed of all the packaging materials. Do you think Ikea also accepts assembled drawers back? Scratch marks as proof that the things don't work are sufficiently present.

Yes, also in your case. It’s logical... You bought a product that doesn’t work. Completely normal warranty claims, whether with or without packaging.

Hello everyone,
was in Hamburg (Moorfleet) yesterday and returned the drawers (2x unpacked 1x org. packed) - money back - no questions asked - no problem!

The lady said, however, that I was the first to complain about the full extensions and the product is still in the range.
I then went back to the showroom and looked at the drawers mounted there and also took one out - the parts also have heavy scratches on the sides, but unlike ours, they could be opened/closed without problems despite the original screws.

I will now try to enter the matter via the complaint form again, let's see what happens.

We definitely have 3 holes in the cabinet now... will report again when there is a new status

Does this problem with the Inreda slides still exist?
I have exactly the same problem as the thread creator.

I bought 2 Inreda slides and with both, the problem is that they start to scrape or become very stiff roughly halfway out. However, in my opinion, I assembled everything correctly; all screws are tightened firmly.

If the drawer is not inserted into the slides, they can be pulled out easily and smoothly without any issues.

Does anyone else have suggestions or can help me in any other way?
