And this here as well (10 photos were exceeded):

Office once upstairs:

and then on the floor below:

and like this in the office on the opposite side (above which there are outlets for recessed lights):

That can't be normal given the current construction status. The plasterers also say that this is absolutely not usual.

Oh man... I don't even know what to write about that.

Of course, that's not normal. Once the roof is on and the outer shell is in place, it shouldn't be leaking through the ceilings anymore.
At least one person has obviously done a really sloppy job. In that respect, it's actually good that you have ceiling spotlights, otherwise you might not have noticed that water was leaking somewhere.
Yeah.
Construction stop and troubleshooting....?

I wish you good nerves :-/

There should be no water anywhere, the plaster is also getting damaged because of it. This is something serious and it must be immediately determined where the water came from before work continues.

That doesn't look good is probably something of an understatement ....

This is a disaster, I've never seen anything like it ....

Immediately to the lawyer, this is proper proper botch )-;

The word beginning with Sch and ending with eiße should not be spoken... but here it seems appropriate. I hope that everything will still turn out well. Somehow.
