I don't know if it's due to order peaks or something else, but here the GC apparently had the entire shell construction done by a sub he commissioned for the first time. With stairs, it's really an art, because cast-in-place stairs are out of fashion and prefabricated stairs are cast in adjustable molds, where you'd have to be really clumsy for that to go wrong. But this shell constructor apparently has the attitude that reading plans is girly stuff – "we've never done that." However, the GC underestimated how seriously a client can take the term "individual planning," and usually builds "home-style food in all sizes, with cheap or expensive light switches," but does that properly. Home theater living rooms and rooftop laundry balconies are apparently not normally included, garages with back gates are rare, and since the Energy Saving Ordinance, the first guest room in a WU partial basement.

But unfortunately, this does not answer what happened with the building now. No one knows if it was, for example, moved into, and the last information from the quote is ages ago ....
