But then the sectors and their cladding must be adjusted to these desired dimensions. The larger the span of this sequence, the more awkward it looks to work with fragments. Ideally, the desired dimension is divided evenly, but in this case, cladding with a fixed module dimension was probably chosen (?)

The gate was not adjusted to the door but rather the other way around, I would say.

The door is shown in the plans without any dimensions, while both gates are indicated there with 2.135m. So I rather think the door is a downstream problem.

By the way, the door is the only door in the whole house executed at 2 meters height. Even the criticized terrace doors were higher. So it doesn't fit at all.

I still don’t fully get it but we had such topics 100 times as well. I also thought that if I say as a layperson: there is a photo, do it like that, then someone would tell me: that won’t work for you because .... No one did that and then we stood there. The solution to the problem was then our thing because the site manager would have let us live with it.

What exactly is unclear to you?

So, there is a building permit application and an execution plan, which are technically identical. Both show the two garage doors as well as the door. The door in both documents has no dimension specified. The garage doors in both documents are each marked with a height of 2.135m.

Furthermore, the contract stipulates that the two garage doors will be executed according to the building permit application - garage door A in design X, garage door B in design Y. Nothing more and nothing less.

Since when are there doors without dimensions in factory plans or in general? Honestly, I haven't seen that before.

And I've already seen quite a few plans from architects..

Was it perhaps intentionally forgotten so that you can later be right as the general contractor?
Can you at least see a side view in the plan where the height can be measured using the scale?

That should be possible with normal plans.

I like to post the documents.

This is the execution planning (building application analogously - or not quite; in the building application the upper gate was also listed with the same width as the lower gate.....):

And the building visualizations.

And then once again a photo from the back:

The building height is shown there. I measured it and created a scale and measured the garage on the diagram. There are definitely not 2 meters visualized at the back but more!
