He must have been completely confused by that time. Everything was interconnected: there was no room to adjust the total width, we advised making the dressing room wider, at that time the kitchen was still under the children's room, and so on. After you, the general contractor will consistently switch exclusively to property development – never again á la carte.

As I understand you, you would simply accept and check that off.

Does that also apply to the matter of the [Sockelabdichtung]?

Basically yes, as correctly executed. At least as far as the threshold is concerned. For me, 213 would still be 213 and not 201. By the way: as a planner, I would have advised you against this entire terrace. Just mentioning that again, in case anyone doesn’t want to scroll back four hundred and fifty posts

I haven’t really looked into that in detail, simply not enough building damage specialist.

Actually, we didn’t want it either and only chose it for cost reasons, since the enclosed space was reduced and we also don’t need the area upstairs. But now we like it very much. Because of the great surroundings, it’s very nice to stand up there. It’s clear that it won’t be used intensively. But inflating the rooms for that wouldn’t have made sense either. And bringing it to one level would have made the rooms downstairs too small. So it fits just fine.

Aha. So how many pages are we now talking about pulling our heads in twice a month in the summer?

It's also about the meager glass area. You feel like you're in a witch's hut in the rooms. The bedroom isn't that small either...... we have 72cm of glass surface in width there. That's poor. Assuming the windows would have to be replaced, then we could negotiate about significantly wider and larger windows.
