Concrete ceiling definitely does not need any fabric. The pipe at the window of the underfloor heating looks strange, something is wrong!

A Q2 plaster must not have any dents, otherwise it was not plastered properly.

Source? My understanding was that Q2 does not impose increased requirements on flatness. So I would (as a layperson) refer to DIN 18202. And you can see that with the straightedge.

Yeah, that's how I see it too. The difference from Q2 to 3 is precisely the sanding and fine filling. Although it wouldn't be the first time that painters complain about plasterers.

What about blistering in the plaster? The painter also criticizes that.

I think it depends on the extent we are talking about. In any case, you should not be able to see it with the naked eye.

No idea, they are distributed all over the plaster in the whole house.
