I think about 12 cm can still be chiseled away in total width without having to change the lintel. Yes, a fixed element is probably sufficient there (bei Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung). Unfortunately, aluminum is only equivalent in this regard. You can still gain height: without openability, the threshold is not necessary at this point in my opinion.

So you don’t want a window that can be opened in the bedroom? I would never do that, you just can’t air out quickly like that.

I hadn't even thought about that. You are probably right. This is so frustrating! Just awful!! Good thing you said it.

In the dressing room, I just noticed that the window is not centered at all. There is 78.5 cm of space on the left, only 73.5 cm on the right. I wasn’t aware of that.

The drywall installer has looked at the bathroom. The conversion to drywall to install a recessed medicine cabinet is just as problematic as the originally planned boxing in front of the KS wall.

We will probably only have the option to reduce the shower to 140 cm. Annoying!!
