This needs to be fixed NOW, and properly (not the painter) and sealed .... now is the chance before everything disappears behind the interior construction, normally the guy said in his tests with houses from our companies it’s about 0.6 ... so based on your test I would now start having all problems fixed before continuing

With the windows, the expert is confident that it will pass.

The non-professional execution will have to be seen. He will formulate it and if that is rejected, I will have it legally reviewed to determine what claims specifically exist. There is not much more one can do.

Yes, but what I want to say is: now before the expansion, things can still be easily fixed, afterwards not anymore.

I understand you. I also have nothing but a bad feeling. But I'm in a dilemma because I can neither demand what is not owed nor can I intervene independently in the construction process, because that would void the entire warranty, not to mention the double costs.

Which warranty do you lose if you say stop, do not continue building until this is clarified?

Lawyer up or down, there is still proportionality when it comes to rectification. It may well be that you have to live with your improperly sealed windows because it is disproportionate to remove wallpaper, drywall, window sill, etc.

You are the found victim. The GU pulls money out of your pocket, lies to you, cheats, and you do nothing.
