I don't understand the open holes.
No idea if that's normal or not. They just told me that it would be covered with drywall and that's it. I can't find anything different in the contract.
Put a board at the bottom and fill from above. You can easily do it yourself. Or just fill it neatly with Styrodur.
Whether I do it myself or hire someone doesn't really matter for now. I just wanted to discuss a suitable solution first. Glass wool is being considered. Now masonry mortar / Styrodur is an option. Before I do it myself, I’d rather have a professional company carry it out.
The surface-mounted heating distributor is intense. I've never seen that before. I thought it was always flush-mounted.
I've definitely lived in about five different newer apartments and only know surface-mounted heating distributors.
