Then I will commission that.

Drywall was also offered.

I really feel sorry for you with the trouble you have there, but quite honestly: who wrote the offer??

Are all the documents created this sloppily? Spelling mistakes that make you feel sick? I personally wonder what kind of care is generally taken here...
I would not be able to hold back one or the other remark, especially after all the trouble.

(I admit, I am picky about that. For me, it is also an expression of respect and consideration)

Otherwise: confirm immediately: Pos 2 obviously has not been priced and the two guys are working the second 7 hours for free. Otherwise, it would be another €560 more expensive.

The offer was written by the drywall installer, who works together with the general contractor. The offer seems to be correct. The only strange thing is that after the site visit, he is now writing about a dismantling of a shower wall. The shower is located somewhere else entirely and is not affected here at all.

Well, as it is written here, they need 7 hours for Pos 1 with two people; at €40 per person, that makes 40*2*7 = €560. The same for Pos 2: also €560. That gives me a total of €1120. Plus material of €200, that makes €1320 net and not €760 net.

It also says there €1,320 net.

That looks more like "typical building orthography" and doesn't scare me at all. The spelling of people with a don't-care attitude looks different. In my experience, "dyslexics" are mostly people who prefer to focus on the essential rather than pleasing the German teacher. Half of all cardinals cannot pronounce the word "diocese" correctly – but no cross has yet fallen off the wall because of that.
