I don't know. The site manager is on vacation and the deputy site manager also asked how the drainage is planned.

A gutter is not the same as a downpipe from the gutter. The gutter is hanging and doesn't have to be dismantled. But the exterior plaster probably can't be done if the downpipe is installed. After my last complaint about water ingress, they hung a hose on the outlet of the gutter. But that hose has disappeared again and water is seeping through. That can't be good for the plaster, when water is seeping in like that.

By a hair's breadth, it would have been forgotten to lay the piping for wastewater etc. under the garage. There was a row with the [Erdarbeiter].

Do you mean the drainage of the garage?

As I understood it, it was generally about drainage pipes. So I assume also those of the house. But I cannot say for sure. In any case, it would have been very serious if the slab had already been poured then.

This is the first time I'm hearing that.

Is it common practice to dismantle the downpipes for the exterior plaster?!
That means double the work.

Especially with a general contractor, I would expect them to work/plan "hand-in-hand".
