One can only wish him that everything will still have a good ending, it is very unfortunate that things can turn out this way!

That once again shows what luck one had oneself, not to have ended up with such a scoundrel.

Give him our warmest regards from the „harten Kern“ of the forum. We wish him that everything goes reasonably well and that he can soon move into a stylish finished house with his little family. He is fully occupied and has to make the best of the situation. Endurance, strength, overview, and coordination can really take a toll over time. Tell him that we would be happy if he posts a selfie here with the finished house - we are patient and keep our fingers crossed. We’ll keep his thread warm in the meantime.

P.s. I finally want to see his purple couch in his WZ with the edge lighting.

Oh man - you really get the impression that it either works or it goes completely wrong. There seems to be no middle ground in construction. And once again, you see that paper or websites are patient. The [Internetauftritt] of the construction company is actually quite appealing, especially when it comes to the transparency of its work.

The general contractor also had a good reputation. You don’t get that for free in the industry.

One does wonder exactly where it goes wrong. Because a crooked staircase with uneven steps won’t be in the plan. So who still builds something like that, and above all: why?

Did the general contractor run out of good subs and the replacement failed miserably?

P.S.: nice to hear something firsthand, especially that he is still doing well.

Of course, from my side as well, a big "Keep your chin up, powerhouse"!

I believe the robber just had bad luck, the site manager was sick for a long time and often, had to be replaced, etc., these are fundamentally bad conditions and the sum of many small annoyances always ends up being a big one.
But something like that with the stairs shouldn't even happen to the [Stift]!
