€870 just for the children's bathroom?
Is it then completely separate with its own pump?
If it includes its own pump, I would find that somewhat acceptable. If not, significantly too expensive.

We were offered circulation for the entire house for €900 net. We will not implement it; it is uneconomical. Letting water run beforehand (comfort argument) is not important to us.

I wouldn't fuss about the outdoor tap. 99% of taps that by definition do not supply drinking water have no sign, although they should have one, in my opinion.
But people simply don't drink from outdoor taps anyway.

Yes, there is already a circulation line in the parents' bathroom.

I have to inquire about that. They only wrote to me about costs for the additional circulation line.

Oops, I only read the 560+200; then it's correct.

I personally consider a circulation line to be absolutely necessary for comfort, but the main bathroom is sufficient. You don't have to run it all day long when absent.

And I really have no technical knowledge, but in our bathroom a Durgo was installed for ventilation, could that possibly be a solution to your problem?

It is not about the ventilation in the bathroom but about the [Rohrentlüftung].

So now there are only two options left and I have to decide something.

Either the laid pipe is boxed in and the bed is moved accordingly. But I think that only makes sense if the wall is boxed in either on the left side or the bottom side up to the window. Otherwise, it’s just rubbish, because the bed would then partially have a hole next to it. Technically, that would be the cleanest solution regarding the pipe ventilation.

I actually don’t see a scenario where you can reasonably place the bed with the pipe. Changing the room furnishing would require extensive electrical work since switches, sockets etc. are coordinated for it.

The other alternative is the pipe vent in the guest bathroom, which would disappear behind an access tile. Technically, however, that would be the less elegant solution compared to the pipe ventilation over the roof.

I don’t know what to do. I’ve been turning in circles mentally all day.

Does anyone have a creative idea to solve the problem with the pipe in the children’s room? Dry construction with a niche or whatever? Technically, I would feel more comfortable with that, but the tendency currently is still toward the pipe vent in the WC, because I don’t see a scenario where you can get the children’s room with bed placement in connection with the bottom-side window sill cleaned up nicely with dry construction.

This is what the pipe looks like. So even in the best case, it won’t be a small box-in.
