Why are you getting a Binderdach?

We didn’t want a flat roof but a 15-degree pitched hipped roof. I didn’t question the term Binderdach.

Are you aware of the matter? Did you consciously decide on the lintel height (or against a higher lintel) beforehand?

2.84m - 1.00m parapet height - 1.26m window opening height = 0.58m lintel.

For example, my wife is happy about the large windows but has already pointed out (before moving in) that it's not so great for cleaning, as she needs a small step ladder to reach all the way up.

I really don't want to interfere at all, it's not my house, but somehow I feel like you didn’t know/want this.

This was never discussed with the architect. He never asked us about it; it was always only about the parapet height and we did not question his suggestions. In the 3D visualization, it looked normal – but of course, that also has its limits.
