Phew, found something else. At least the test is good for that. Is 1.3 enough?

1.5 must have a house with ventilation... The smaller the n50 value, the better. So it is sufficient (but good is something else) At 1.3 there would already have to be proper openings letting air in. Would have expected better for such an “expensive“ house :-/ But it is simply the case that the GU only has to make improvements until the value is just barely undershot. For comparison: - As a Passive House, a value under 0.6 would be necessary. - Our house (a lot of own work and with trades via architect) had a value of 0.7

We have 0.32 Passive House

I only know one who had a 1 before the comma. I wasn't sure if that's still allowed

And more to calm down further, couldn’t be done?

What were the main places where there was a draft? Vapour barrier or also electricity?

Really annoying that the value of the KfW is so high because with 1.5 well ... it’s like having a 4 throughout university

Everything between 0 and 1 is good. Above 1 no longer. Above 1.5 not acceptable.

1.3 thus after leakage measures would be a grade of 4 to 5. Cannot be satisfied with that.

But the general contractor has fulfilled his quota with it. But it shows again what kind of mess he puts together.

Why, he is so good! He is even so good that the building is not weatherproof despite the interior work already started.

I work in a large interior construction company and every new project manager is immediately taught that assembly only begins when the building is weatherproof!
