You have used the form marked as "vereinfachtes genehmigungsverfahren" despite §34. The basis is $ 68 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und 2 and § 67 Abs. 1 Satz 3 Bauordnung NRW.

To conclude the floor plan discussion, I am uploading excerpts of the documents from the submitted building application for completeness.

The furnishing still does not fit because the provider will only correct this in the execution planning, which has not yet been commissioned!

The rear garage door is now new so that a mini excavator can get into the garden. To the right of the house (front view), this does not fit.

46 cm slope over 7 m length of the garage driveway - is that necessary?

The construction consultant had also noticed this and, after considering the entire property topography, expressed that it probably couldn’t be done otherwise if one did not want to accept other disadvantages elsewhere (I can’t recall the exact wording, but I hadn’t assigned much priority to it either). I didn’t question it further.

For me, that would be the killer argument against the intermediate door, and I would set the garage higher (and rather then chamfer a bit at the garden-side garage door). So maybe about 20 cm higher than currently planned.
