So if we call the crosses "Links and Mitte," do you prefer "Links and Rechts" or alternatively "Mitte and Rechts" in this sense?

If I were to place two Velux spots each at the same distance from the side wall, this is what would result. I wouldn't move the first spot at all, unless the overall concept is questioned. I need to ask on Friday if this is feasible. Or does someone have a veto for a reason I might not see (something was also changed at the attic stairs).

Today my tiler was on the construction site for a preliminary discussion with the site manager, and he was shocked by what he found. In his opinion, the concrete floor is very uneven/slanted. The site manager told him this would be evened out with screed.

Is this common?

Are there tolerances for this?

Certainly not ideal for the underfloor heating if one side of the room is like this and the other side like that...

The appraiser is coming on Monday; I am supposed to point out to him that a 2-meter spirit level is not sufficient and that he should bring larger equipment.

Then he wonders why the concreted steps are also a few centimeters lower on one side than on the other. And he says it is not his job to fix this later. I also wonder how they intend to manage that.

Yes, and the expert will also be able to read the relevant DIN.

So what now: are the misalignments that bad, or on the other hand so mild that a short spirit level would already reveal them? – that sounds contradictory to me.

Was the staircase poured on site and formed crookedly, or is it a prefabricated part that was installed crookedly?

That was just the tiler's advice. He placed a small spirit level and it was already clearly visible even to a layman that the floor is uneven. But whether that is covered by the tolerance – no idea – the site manager says definitely; the tiler says definitely not.

The large spirit level probably so that it can be thoroughly measured in the huge living room, I suppose.

It was cast on site.

A 2 m measuring distance is required and a 4 m straightedge is recommended as a tool for the measurements.
