The spot with the connected underfloor heating pipe now looks like this.

So about the blue stripes: they were all removed/cut by the floor layer before the vinyl was installed.

The edge insulation strip should be as high as the flooring and is therefore only cut after the latter.

Is the water really coming from above? Do you already have [Sockelabdichtung] and [Grundputz] applied outside on it?

Then I probably have a problem in the photos shown, where the drywall builder cut it away?

I wouldn't know from where else. It is exactly there where the flat roof is still in the shell condition. As far as I know, the base sealing is in the ground. The whole house is already standing with us. However, base plaster is not yet applied on the upper floor at the side where the water came in, because the new terrace doors were only recently installed there. Still strange that this symptom did not occur at that spot during any of the previous rainfalls.

Water in so many places in the house is not good. And the spot with the underfloor heating doesn’t make sense to me. What is that supposed to be now? I think I'm out.

I have seen that two loose ends are lying on the floor that are no longer connected to each other.
