Now one nasty surprise after another is coming up.

In the office, our desk was always planned to be on the right wall. That is also marked that way in the execution plan.

Where it says "DD 35/14 Fallrohr in Decke verziehen," I always thought there would be a small boxed-in section or something like at other places in the house. But now a thick pipe goes from top to bottom right in the middle of the room wall from top to bottom. So you can't position the desk as shown.

What kind of stupid planning is that? So apparently, they want to make a boxed-in section of a single pipe in the middle of the room. Whoever looks inside will basically always see a wide gap with the boxed-in section behind it.

I will somehow try to fix that; but I fear nothing can be done anymore. Is it normal to plan something like this and then also draw the furniture in a way that you can't even place it? This just doesn't work!

Uhm. What did you think the downpipe running on the wall would mean? I am a bit confused But yes, it is annoying like that. But you can see that on the plan more than clearly?!

There is also a pipe running on the wall on the left. It is not exactly the highest art. But I think I remember that the instructions were already given here during the floor plan planning, about how everything is supposed to work structurally and in terms of piping.

Saw out the desk. Otherwise it looks really bad. Carpenter solution.

I hadn’t noticed that either. But what kind of idiot must the architect be to just draw the desk for the client so that it stands against the wall, when at the very least he must know that this just doesn’t work. That’s an outrage!

It’s annoying that the expensive construction supervisor who looked at the documents didn’t notice it either. A pipe right in the middle of the room.....

I don’t remember if this has already been mentioned here. But I can’t rule it out with all the flood of information. Really a shame.

We have a glass desk. And I don’t want a desk that’s built around like that.

I’d rather have the electrical plan redone and move the sockets for the desk elsewhere. I’ll just redesign the damn room then.

Just swap desk and wall unit - it's easier to integrate the pipe into the wall unit and it doesn't stand out, for example as a CD shelf or something like that.
