They are not undersized. For interior doors, 88.5 is standard, for guest bathrooms or storage rooms it can sometimes be 63.5, otherwise 76, and 101 is only common in ["altersgerechter" Planung].
With 2.84 m room height OKFB on the ground floor clearly undersized! Also in height! Roughly aim for 1.01 m / 2.32 m on the ground floor. In the end, that is just barely comfortable and does not amaze one with the width and height...
