Every senior teacher would have long ago - completely unrestrained by a lack of knowledge - written that the next letter would come from the lawyer.

Hey,
well, sometimes I honestly feel sorry for you because it seems like everything that can go wrong does go wrong for you.
But by now I have to say, hats off to your patience or your stamina or wow, you put up with a lot.

Of course, you can’t know everything yourself, but you’re the one paying the piper!
I would have already made them all show up, knowledge or no, sometimes you need a clear message.

I have the feeling by now that they’re just keeping you waiting. Following the motto, before he gets the next expert here, the walls will be closed and all will be quiet anyway.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I think it’s awful. This was supposed to be your dream house and it just feels like trouble and hassle.

My patience would have snapped a long time ago.

However, I wouldn't have threatened with a lawyer; I would have used the folding technique from civil engineering.
