I primarily meant visually identical, which may mean different products. This also applies to the tiles: same color tone and format, even if the abrasion classes may differ.

Industrial parquet (vertical lamella), oiled oak? Looks great, that's how I imagine it for us too, once the hole in the ground on our property is filled with a house [emoji1303]

Hello,

Yes, exactly. But matte sealed, not oiled - we weren't brave enough with messy children [emoji51].

Regards, H.

I was recently at the parquet studio, which also has something like that. But I had the impression that multi-layer parquet is rather recommended as the better solution. How should this be seen?

Is there also a reason why it should be like that?

We decided on it because we have had the floor in our rented apartment for 8 years and it is basically indestructible. It is also used by our flooring specialist in commercial applications (retail stores with high foot traffic), which speaks to its durability.

It is also low-maintenance. I have no idea if multi-layer parquet has advantages, it might, but I can’t think of any practical disadvantages of industrial parquet right now [emoji6]

Price-wise, where does your parquet stand?
