Maybe, maybe not. I would give it a try. That wasn't okay and he should know that. Does the boss know everything his people are doing on the construction site? He came and possibly saw the same as you did. Maybe he wondered or was pleased that he calculated so well? If he knew, yes, then at least you let off some steam.

Bismarck is said to have said that it is better if people do not know exactly how laws and sausages are made. The "finish" in demolition with digging and plowing under is probably more common than little Erna would consider proper. If the entrepreneur is a good actor, then he is outraged

I will receive a photo documentation and can use it to request a written statement. A phone call will not help. The invoice is paid, the contractor does not expect follow-up orders, nothing can be proven.

The earthworks were successfully completed today. Tomorrow I will deliver the [Standrohr] for the construction water, the construction power will be installed, and then the shell builder will start.

The heating installer called, saying that now a little more than 2kw more heating load is needed and that the offers for the heating system can probably not be maintained.

Presumably rather a problem between him and the [GÜ]. He says it is because the parapet height of the windows was changed from 100cm to 86cm. However, the sizes are also stated in the contract (with the exception of an additionally commissioned basement window, which probably hardly accounts for 2 KW).
