I'm glad when on Monday I finally get - hopefully competent - professional support!

The pipe in the office has meanwhile been so disfigured. It now fits especially well with the ceiling lights and just looks like a mess! I will immediately submit a written veto again.

Shown again how it should look. Office and the guest room below.

You really don't know anymore whether to laugh or cry or just remain speechless at what is being taken for granted. They have obviously missed their profession by miles.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you
Do you have an independent expert approved by the court?

This is called:

Publicly appointed and sworn expert for damage to buildings by the IHK Cologne

the expert is a building surveyor and master carpenter, so he also comes from practical experience.

Certainly not their profession as decoys in the hidden camera.

What is the most likely explanation? Is the planner a complete idiot who would be better off working at a sausage stand, or is the construction manager to blame, who possibly forgot to lay the appropriate piping before concreting the ground floor filigree ceiling?

I believe the story about the big sack they are all stuck in applies here... you hit it and it always hits the right one.

By now, I'm at the point where I wouldn't sign the contract there anymore. Although I still have my doubts that things would necessarily have gone better elsewhere. But it's no longer possible to change that anyway.

You expect the "all-inclusive" package, yet you chose the budget variant GU. You pick a club enthusiast as an expert and predictably end up on your face. You listen to prolific writers without knowing their qualifications for sure. Your new expert will be delighted.
