If it were the basement, I would say the concrete is leaking but like this .... it really almost looks like the base is causing problems but how does water then get into the outlets of the spotlights .... very very strange ....

I talked to my electrician and showed him the photos. He says that plaster water is dripping from the Halox boxes, he has experienced this several times and I shouldn't worry about it. However, he can't help me with what can be seen in the basement.

What the heck is [Putzwasser]... Can it occur in such quantities? Technically speaking? Just think about it and don't be fooled.

I am not going to be fooled; the only question is what to do. A meeting with the construction company and both experts is now planned. As a layperson, I won't be able to do much more.

Then I am curious to hear what the experts think about it.
