Our construction partner requests that, contrary to this description, no prefab walls be used but that formwork be done on site. This would save time and the excavation pit would not have to remain open for long after the earthworks in bad weather.
Purely out of curiosity: why is cast-in-place concrete supposed to be faster and more resistant to rain, etc.? I guess I'm missing something...
