The expert wants to know whether the stability of the stones is still guaranteed. If not, the structural engineer will probably have to take over.

I just don’t know if that’s even possible, since the lights are planned with Halox boxes in the filigree ceiling. I have contacted the lighting planner to ask if they can simply be lowered or how that would work?

Something can definitely be done about that. You could create indirect lighting in the lead-in area with a shadow gap and an LED strip. Look at it positively. With drywall and lighting, you can do quite a bit that also looks very good.

How would the base be sealed in your case? Don’t you have a site manager? He usually takes care of the correct execution according to DIN.

Yes, we have a site manager. But as you can read in this thread, not everything runs ideally and the site manager says he is aware that he deviated from the DIN but that it is faster and, from his point of view, equivalent.
