Everything installed.

Living room great!

Kitchen great (although I still need to measure the sill height at the panoramic window):

Children’s bathroom is ok:

In Children’s room 1 I find the windows too small for the large room:

The roof terrace doors are, as expected, a complete disaster!

Parents’ bathroom:

The problem is that at the washbasin projecting wall, which you look at, there is no space left for a shelf now. Now we have to reluctantly buy a mirrored cabinet or put up a board. I think that is also a big mess.

Bedroom (the worst room of all, no light and this mini-exit – it’s simply bad):

According to the contract, there should be a 15 cm threshold later:

Guest WC:

I find the ground floor okay. Upstairs tends to be somewhat small everywhere. The doors annoy me and I would say, especially in the bedroom, there should have been another window or a significantly larger terrace door with more light.

Asking here whether it is still possible to make a breakthrough for another window is probably too late, right?

On the garage roof, it looked like this:

How is it supposed to be a 15 cm threshold afterwards when it is already 37.5 cm now? How high is your floor structure? 22.5 cm?

We have a similar situation as you. For us, it is 14 cm. However, the door has a clear dimension of about 2.03 m.

I still do not understand why you have lintels above the roller shutter box?

I find the bedroom too dark. A double-leaf door should have been installed there.

I do not see any power outlets in the living room ceiling at all? Do you have ceiling spotlights?

I asked myself the same question, therefore I took a photo and submitted a corresponding inquiry, the answer to which I am still waiting for.

No idea. I was not aware that this is so unusual. Nothing different was agreed upon.

I completely agree. Unfortunately, this realization came too late for me.

Exactly, only recessed ceiling spots and pendant lights, for which there are also provisions in the filigree ceiling.

I’m guessing the planned 30 cm structure of the DT on the other side, outside. The additional structure to generate > 2% slope outside still has to be "conjured up." Inside, the floor (of what kind?) also still adds height... .

Inside, parquet flooring will be installed on it.
