Now it remains to be considered what will happen with the pipe in the children's room. The 180 euros are worth it to me if it disappears there. Even an hour of a lawyer’s time to smooth this over without additional costs is more expensive than that.

However, the expert was not so enthusiastic about the idea today of venting directly in the guest WC and installing an inspection shaft. Unfortunately, I failed to ask in more detail why.

Probably because it will smell.

In that case, the whole fuss would be incomprehensible, one is not supposed to accept such a pipe, etc.? There are only two solutions. Either a pipe in the children's room, which can now be debated whether I should have seen it or not, or the pipe ventilator. But if the pipe ventilator doesn't make sense, then it hardly matters whether you could see the pipe in the children's room on the plan beforehand or not, if it is simply the only sensible solution.

The price for the circulation line is here. 870 euros. Is it worth it to get hot water a bit faster in the children's bathroom? I could let 3 liters of water run for decades before it gets warm, before it pays off.

Is the price realistic?

I consider hot water availability to be a comfort issue and not just a price question. We do not run our circulation continuously during "normal" absence times. When you are there after all, it is annoying that you have to wait about half a minute before the shower (I'm a warm shower person ) to get under it. So you shouldn't just offset the water savings, but consider how quickly something like that becomes annoying.
