Ask the kitchen fitter whether the height specification refers to the raw floor or the finished floor height. With that info, the electrician should be able to do something with it.

Edit: you are getting worked up about the problems. Yes, it is annoying. Yes, some things simply don't fit from the planning/furnishing. Yes, I can understand you. But as someone else already said: during construction you focus on every little detail. We did too. I still know certain visual flaws, but after living here for half a year, I actually don’t see them as dramatically as during the discussions about how to fix the visual problem. But the more you get worked up about the problems now, the more you will continue to notice them after moving in.

Even if it is hard: take some distance from the thought of hating everything already! It will be fine!

She was not worried about it. But I think that evaluating whether this is normal and acceptable is more of a lawyer’s matter. I am curious about what assessment I will receive there.

Then they will try to twist it so that I wanted the kitchen under the children's bathroom, I guess.

Then possibly consider a cooker hood that is not hidden in the cabinet. There are quite nice solutions for that.
That should also make the storage space problem obsolete, because then one of the upper cabinets would have been occupied by the extractor hood anyway.

I can understand the robber, you have an idea and assume that everything is fine, and then they mess it up like that. But you always have to keep in mind that they never think through a construction project the way the client does (understandably!). So every tiny detail really has to be included in the factory planning. And if someone just scribbled down the factory plan more or less without much consideration (and without coordination with, for example, the kitchen plan) and the client signed it, unfortunately the general contractor is on the safe side. That an average client without experience in factory planning has problems with that, unfortunately is another matter.
Lessons learned for me: I will ask about every tiny detail I don’t understand before I sign.

I would try to do without the upper cabinets there. There are really nice hoods. We installed the Berbel Formline in the recirculation version and are very satisfied with it. However, it is also available as an exhaust version.

I could also imagine something like this here. The box then highlighted with an LED strip or something similar in the front section should really make an impression.

@matte: yes, I was thinking along those lines too.

LED solution combined with small shelves for the boxing-in: now you have a practical spice rack right by the stove! There are some pretty cool brackets with integrated lighting, then the spices in stylish stainless steel containers and it looks really cool!

Boxing-in or not: I would prefer this solution to any (relatively old fashioned) upper cabinet.
