I'm curious about that too. Holes in the vapor barrier behind the shower simply covered with tape—I have images of mold in my mind. By the way, our expert came by specifically before the vapor barrier was removed. He checked the workmanship and the materials.
We do have a passive house—hence the two measurements—but independent of that, both the architect and the blower door technician explained that the interior finishing barely seals and you can't do much about it afterward. If the window isn't airtight, a bit of drywall with paint or wallpaper won't fix it. The result is under 1.5, which means your general contractor is out.
