With us, the window in the dressing room is planned to be centered. I had already measured during the shell construction that it is not centered. I was then told that this circumstance would be corrected during the plastering work.

Now, however, I have measured from both wall sides and found the following deviations. Are there such large tolerances? Or is this a defect?

Oh man, chill out. Do you really want to go down in history as the millimeter man? 3.5 cm difference, so one point eight from the center, in other words three quarters of a percent. You notice it yourself, right?

Maybe the window is exactly in the right spot, but the wall you are measuring from is slightly shifted. Could be just like that.

Honestly, does it have any impact on your room layout? If not, then leave it and focus on the important things.

If a window is located above or below, 3 cm visually makes a big difference. There is no more symmetry. So the tolerance is definitely not that large.

The window should be centered between two cabinets of equal depth on the left and right. It should, of course, look symmetrical.

If this is within the range of tolerances, etc., then it is okay. That is why I posted it.

The question was: what does it look like from the outside, is there a window directly below so that it is noticeable from the outside?
