The interior plastering, which was supposed to start on Monday, is still not underway. We have now postponed it to Friday. Whether I should believe in this felt like the 74th postponement is written in the stars. Really a sh***y company.

Finally, the offer for the change to the terrace doors is here. It costs €13,000 plus builder services as shown in the attached diagram. As I understand it, these builder services would have come to me in the other variant as well, since they are part of the flooring installer’s contract. At first glance, it seems that very little glass area (clear height) would be gained.

Budget-wise it would be possible.... whether the benefit outweighs the amount of money is something I have to think about now..... after all, you live in it for decades..... but how much glass area do you gain.....

For my orientation: is it only about the Schlagzimmer? How much time do you spend in it while awake and in daylight?

No, it concerns the entire terrace-side floor. The light is one thing, the other is the annoying threshold, which will never ever be just 15cm.

I only copied the bedroom window as an example. I have something like that for all rooms.

If I remember correctly, the upgrade from P to XP for the roller shutter box would also include insect protection.

I am still digging through the TMP page, but I can't really find anything. The list leaves many questions open. For example, in the description text, apart from the Maco-Tronic, I can't find any information that a VSG glazing and security fittings are included here as in the original contract. I could imagine that this might be circumvented if it is now commissioned this way. I need to inquire.
