Single-family house floor plan planned, we like the windows

Both sides are not possible with side panel as there is no space on the left. At the moment, a 40 cm light strip is planned. Then you could do at most 2 x 20 cm, but that is not really worth it. I have roughly put it together without side panel.

I personally like that better, much better!!! You can take a larger light opening in the door, then it will be bright too!

... and suggest choosing a door with a different window cutout - possibly just one large rectangle or two that overlap

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We have now had it changed as shown in the attached picture. Although the side panel is still drawn in next to the front door, that is not fixed. I like the idea from and it would also be my favorite. So far we like the exterior view, except I would have placed the elements (door and window above) a bit more to the left, but we are talking about 20 cm here. However, it makes more sense as it is now because the sofa can be better positioned inside and the exit to the terrace can be better utilized. I would have preferred everything to be symmetrical, but with the living room width of 4.60 m, that's not possible. What do you think?

I really like the floor plan. What do you want to use room 1 and 2 in the basement for?

Since there is a WC there, I think a party basement would be an option, but in that case I would remove the wall between the two rooms or have a double door installed there. The same could make sense for a large workshop.

While we're at it: try leaving out the lower window element in the dressing room. In my opinion, a floor-to-ceiling window has no place in a dressing room, and the view could also benefit from it there.
