So leave out the entire door to the bedroom? Only the one over the dressing room

here is another version without a third window. The advantage is that the bed is connected from the children's rooms and it looks more spacious

The dressing room is a matter of taste. But nice that the rest is otherwise approved.

Attached is the ground floor.

The bathroom is now almost like the second bathroom in our apartment. So it should fit.

In the small cloakroom, there is still just under 1m of space between the Pax and the wall, and I have also changed the door. On one side, I have placed a shelf with a depth of 25 cm.

The utility room is still just under 8 sqm and should be sufficient for an air-water heat pump and later photovoltaics.

Under the stairs is also my desired storage room for beer and the like.

In the kitchen, I have now managed to fit a 390 cm wide kitchen. Even after plastering and such, around 360 cm or 6 x 60 cm carcasses should fit here. The island is 180 x 110 cm. The distance between the island and the row is just under 120-130 cm. The freestanding fridge (95 x 75 cm) also fits.

In the living/dining area, our table (180 x 90 cm) + 6 chairs fit. The couch is 320 x 275 cm. So also fitting.

The only thing I'm still undecided about is the fireplace. I have placed it there for now. However, the chimney would come out right at the bedside table of the bedroom. I would prefer it in the corner of a children's room.

Personally, I actually like it very much. But I am also open to suggestions here.

The stairs still get light here, through the kitchen door and the window itself (upper floor).

At least you’re not afflicted with @Shiny86’s sense of spatial awareness *happy* – then all hope is not lost
By the way, I would find it more convenient if you Bluetooth the screenshots from the laptop to the smartphone (or triangulate them via Signal for desktops or Dropbox) instead of posting them here by photographing them with a media gap; the inevitable RGB flicker noise significantly impairs readability.

You could even upload them directly from the PC to the forum ... but that would probably be too easy.
