I take care of and manage our garden alone.. without outside help. Now that there is a basic order, the work is manageable. The watering is done by soaker hoses and sprinklers. Only the tomatoes I water by hand. Every 3..4 weeks I mow the lawn. And yes.. I also work.. not full-time ;). I have to say that I really love gardening. I enjoy the movement in the fresh air and I enjoy it when things are green & blooming and I can harvest delicious fruit & vegetables. Processing is of course part of it. The bed area is not that big.. it is 8x8 meters and then there is also a large strawberry field. Greenhouse and tomatoes take care of themselves. It is all doable.

That is very inspiring. Just like your facade color. It is really also an inviting garden, so versatile and everything is blooming and green everywhere. The many fruits and vegetables. Simply great. That motivates to imitate.

Kati then start with 2 or 3 square beds. Keyword gardening in squares. You won't get the yield like Steffi. Still amazing how much you get from that little vegetable garden. I haven't put my ginger outside at all this year. It's too cold for it. Tomatoes are struggling with the weather. In one variety all the half-ripe ones have split and started to rot. On Friday there were a few tomatoes to snack on. The rest are still green or one is purple. Hope it gets a bit drier and warmer. I have 21 varieties this year. Someday I'll find the perfect tomato. One that tastes good, produces in heat and rain outdoors. No green shoulders, no blossom end rot, no late blight. Peppers are a total failure. At first the snails came and what they left behind didn’t bloom.
