Yes, here at the foot of the Erzgebirge we also have problems with the spruce. Now the damage left by Fabienne last year has been cleared up. A lot of spruces had to be removed in addition to the broken wood to counter the bark beetle, due to the lack of water.

Here it was just 5 liters... better than nothing and certainly better than flooding, but we urgently need a lot of rain...

It has been raining continuously here since Monday afternoon. So far, everything is still quite mild, nothing has flooded yet. But the drive to work was annoying. 150km (95% highway) in constant rain, no, I even prefer snow to that. Nature is happy. We just hope that the lawn overseeding at [Schwiegermutter] doesn’t wash away...
