Seriously. The Netherlands flag is orange white blue, Oranje boven, we ultimately flag our coat of arms. The blue Schleswig lion on top, the red and white nettle leaf of Holstein below gives S[ATTACH alt="729A6D24-D331-49E6-A380-2D3DA9E1A011.png" type="full"]56226[/ATTACH]chleswig-Holstein. And privately, one does not fly a large flag but a playful pennant, which also lasts longer in the windy climate.

Aha. At our place, we flag when it’s a holiday or when visitors come. But not with a pennant, rather with the Bavarian flag (so white and blue) or, my father used to, the Franconian rake. Due to the construction, the flagpole had to be removed. Now my mother has already grumbled that she would like to have one again. We’re not really like that... let’s see how it turns out.

Something else: the tomato cultivation 2021 has officially started:

Now they’re allowed to let their heads peek out of the soil in the kitchen, then they go into the cool but bright workshop. The prettiest and strongest plants will then get a pot until they can go out into the tomato bed in mid-May! This year right on time; due to garden completion, that only happened last June last year and then the tomato harvest really came late.

I still have to buy seeds. I have discovered a [samenfeste Wintertomate]. It is supposed to bear fruit very late and store well. I would like that one.

It withstands frost? Share your experiences, I find that exciting!

Ohh, that is very early for the tomatoes.. I just looked in my notes from 2020. I started the pre-germination on March 13th !! On May 16th, I then planted about 20.. 30 cm tall strong seedlings outside.
