Looked out of bed at the weather. Took a photo with my phone and ruined it with filter fiddling. I would have liked it at Christmas. Now I’d rather have spring.

what can you say - the snow has made itself comfortable on the lounger - the unwelcome guest, dero_O

I hope it stays until the weekend. I want to go sledding. There is enough snow at 660 m. My magnolia is a disaster. Just started to bloom, the leaves are hanging damaged on the tree.

Here too: if we had had snow at Christmas, we would have been happy - but NOW?

Ok, it’s April - even then I can put up with a short snowfall. But then comes sun again and then rain and then wind and so on.
No one needs 4 days of frost and continuous snowfall in April anymore! Not even the trees.
I see the magnolia tragedy in the neighbor’s gardens, we don’t have any ourselves. I just hope my serviceberry survives the frost period. The columnar mirabelle plum, which I bought for my mother’s birthday this year, has just started to bud. Will the long frost be good for it??? I hope it can handle it.
At my brother’s neighbor’s, the old mirabelle plum tree was already in full bloom - we’ll see if there will be fruit this year or if everything froze away.
And the coldest night is still ahead of us from Thu to Fri...

I’M ANNOYED!
(I had to get that off my chest)

...and it does whatever it wants. It was like this before. And yes: it is so annoying. Nobody needs that, I want to go to the garden

That's a pity, we don't have ours yet. I like magnolias.
