There was quite a lot going on here just now. Suddenly, everything was full of bees; there was a whole swarm looking for a new place. They have now settled on a tree. This afternoon a beekeeper is coming by, who will then try his luck.

Hopefully someday it will look nicer outside for us too, but for now we’re focusing on the house. Until then, unfortunately, we have to look at this:

We have neither a dog nor a cat unfortunately. And we don’t walk through the meadow part, that is an animal area ;) we walk around it and observe. So far no tick problem, daughter had 1 last year but that could also have come from the forest.

There is no worry

always one thing at a time.

Do not plant too close. I made that mistake. Although my mother-in-law always said not too close. I planted fewer per square meter than suggested and still it is partially overcrowded already in the second year.
